枯草芽孢杆菌对饲喂含黄曲霉毒素B1日粮蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:6

摘要 试验旨在探讨枯草芽孢杆菌对饲喂含黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)霉变花生粕饲粮蛋鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质和血清生化指标的影响。选用52周龄健康海兰褐蛋鸡240只,随机分为5个组,每组4个重复,每个重复12只鸡,分别为基础日粮A组和添加9%和18%的发霉花生粕(AFB1含量为330.2μg/kg)B、C组,在B、C日粮基础上添加0.5%枯草芽孢杆菌粉的D、E组。结果表明:与仅添加霉变花生粕组相比,添加枯草芽孢杆菌可显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋率和蛋壳强度、降低料蛋比(P<0.05),显著降低蛋鸡血清中碱性磷酸酶和谷丙转氨酶(P<0.05),升高白蛋白(P<0.05),可不同程度地改善蛋黄色泽及提高血清中雌激素、T3和T4含量。由此可见,枯草芽孢杆菌在一定程度上缓解了AFB1对机体的危害。 This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Bacillus subtilis as aflatoxin degradation bacteria on laying performance, egg quality and biochemical parameters of laying hens fed with naturally moldy peanut meal with aflatoxin Bi. A total of 240 fifty two-week-old HY-line brown laying hens were randomly allocated to 5 groups, and the experiment lasted for 42 days. The control birds (group A) received the basal diet, those from the group B, C were supplemented with 9%, 18% moldy peanut meal (AFB1: 330.2 μg/kg), those from the D, E group were exposed to 9%, 18% moldy peanut meal (AFB1: 330.2 μg/kg) and supplemented with 0.5% Bacillus subtilis bacteria powder each.The results showed that the addition of 0.5% Bacillus subtilis bacteria powder in laying hens diets could significantly relieve the negative effect of AFB1 on chicken's laying performance and increase eggshell strength and laying rate compared B, C groups (P〈 0.05). In addition, it significantly decreased the concentrations of serum AKP, ALT and increased the level of total protein in serum (P〈 0.05) compared B, C groups. It could also improve york color and increase T3, T4 levels in serum to a certain extent. It could be concluded that the addition of Bacillus subtilis in diets contained AFB1 was able to decrease the negative effect of AFB1.
