PFNA治疗股骨转子间伴或不伴外侧壁骨折40例 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨股骨近端防旋髓内针(PFNA)治疗股骨转子间伴或不伴外侧壁骨折的临床效果。方法:选取行PFNA进行治疗的80例股骨转子间骨折患者,根据CT三维重建图像结果,将患者分为骨折组和未骨折组,每组40例。骨折组患者CT显示为伴外侧壁骨折,而未骨折组显示为外侧壁完整,观察两组患者术中及术后治疗效果以及术中发生外侧壁爆裂的发生率。结果:1骨折组患者术中出血量、手术时间以及住院天数明显高于未骨折组(P<0.01);2CT三维重建示骨折组爆裂发生率与未骨折组发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05);3骨折组部分负重时间、完全负重时间和骨折愈合时间明显高于未骨折组(P<0.05)。结论:PFNA治疗股骨转子间骨折时,会收到外侧壁是否完整这一因素影响而减弱治疗效果,但是外侧壁爆裂发生率则与外侧壁是否完整无关,而与手术方式有关。
