运动性损伤致前房积血96例诊治体会

The experience of diagnosis and treatment of traumatic hyphema with 96 cases patients

目的:探讨运动性损伤致外伤性前房积血的治疗效果。方法:对96例(96眼)运动性损伤致外伤性前房积血治疗效果进行分析。结果:96例运动性损伤致外伤性前房积血患者经过适当治疗视力均有不同程度提高,其中67例恢复原来视力,其疗效与就诊时间、出血量、并发症的发生有关(P<0.05)。结论:对外伤性前房积血,要全面仔细检查,尤其注意预防和处理并发症。

Objective：To investigate the effect of treatment of traumatic hyphema by analysis of treatment of traumatic anterior chamber hyphema caused by sports injury in the Department of Ophthalmology of Shaanxi People＇s Hospital.Methods：According to the treatment of 96 cases of ocular trauma with anterior chamber hyphema patients caused by sports injury were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results：96cases were treated for injuries caused by sports injury hyphema in the past 4years,all patients were improved vision after proper treatment to varying degrees.67 patients returned to the original vision,the effect of treatment related to treatment time,blood loss,complications.Conclusion：Traumatic hyphema to fully check carefully,should be fully aware of the severity of visual function damage,treatment principle is in the promotion of the blood absorption,at the same time promoting special prevention and treatment of complications.
