计入焊接残余应力的轻型货车驱动桥壳疲劳可靠性分析

摘要 分析了桥壳焊接残余应力对其疲劳寿命的影响。在ANSYS中建立某轻型货车驱动桥壳有限元模型,对桥壳焊接温度场和应力场进行了分析,得到桥壳焊接残余应力的分布规律,并对桥壳的疲劳可靠性进行分析,将此疲劳寿命与不考虑焊接残余应力的寿命进行对比,得出残余应力对桥壳寿命的影响。 Analysis the residual stress of axle housing effects for its fatigue life.Set up finite element model ot some drive axle housing for some model light duty truck in ANSYS,analysis the fatigue reliability of axle housing welding temperature field and stress field,obtain the distribution regulation of axle housing welding residual stress,analyse the fatigue reliability of axle housing,compare fatigue life with not considering the life of welding residual stress,obtain residual stress effects for the life of axle housing.
