摘要
以贵州野生淡黄花百合为材料,通过不同浓度及时间的秋水仙素浸泡处理芽诱导多倍体,进行无菌培养。结果表明:以0.15%秋水仙素处理48h的诱导效果最佳,四倍体诱导率达16.67%,四倍体植株叶面皱缩,部分扭曲,根系粗壮,根尖染色体加倍。
Wild L. sulphureurn buds were soaked in colchicine solution with different concentrations for different time to induce polyploidy. The results showed that the tetraploid induction rate of L. sulphureurn buds soaked in 0.15% colchicine solution for 48 h reaches 16.67% and tetraploid plantlets are foliar shrink and twist, thick roots and doubled root tip chromosome.
