不同产地无患子果皮的皂苷含量

Saponins Content in Pericarps of Sapindus mukorossi from Different Habitats

为筛选高皂苷含量无患子优树,采用紫外分光光度法对27个不同产地无患子的果皮皂苷含量进行测定分析。结果表明:我国中东部和西南部产地果皮皂苷含量差异显著,西南部产地平均含量高于中东部产地。其中,云南禄劝、建水和石林产区尤为明显,表现出较高的皂苷含量,其平均含量分别为186.76mg/g、178.85mg/g和162.16mg/g,为无患子高皂苷含量筛选的优良产区。

In order to select superior individuals of S. mukorossi with high content of saponins, the contents of saponins in the pericarps of S. mukorossi from 27 different habitats were analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the saponin contents were significantly different between central-eastern and southwest habitats, and the latter had higher saponin contents. Of which, the differentiation was especially noticeable in Luquan, Jianshui and Shilin habitats of Yunnan Province, which were of higher contents of saponins, the average contents were 186. 76 mg/g, 178. 85 mg/g and 162.16 rag/g, respectively. These habitats should be excellent for selection and breeding of S. mukorossi with higher contents of the pericarp saponins.
