中国林业产业的集聚水平

Forestry Industrial Agglomeration Level in China

为中国林业产业集群的可持续发展及各级政府及林业主管部门制定林业产业发展政策提供借鉴与参考,从市场和区域相结合的角度,基于2009-2013年中国林业产业的产值数据,计算出林业产业的行业集中度指数和产业区域集聚程度指数,研究中国林业的产业集聚水平。结果表明:处于产业集聚发展期的经济林产品的种植与采集以及林木的培育和种植可作为产业集群进行培育;处于产业集聚成熟期的木质工艺品和木质文教体育用品制造,应及时进行集群升级和转型;其他产业处于产业集聚起飞期,可作为中国林业产业发展的接续产业并大力发展。

The industry concentration ratio and industrial region agglomeration degree index were calculated based on the data of China forestry industry output value during 2009- 2013 from the combination angle of market and region to study industrial agglomeration level of China forestry industry and to provide a reference for sustainable development of forestry industrial agglomeration and forestry industry development policy-making by governments and forestry responsible institutions in China. The results showed that cultivation and collection of economic forest products and breeding and cultivation of woods during the development period of industrial agglomeration should be cultured for industrial cluster, production of wood crafts and stationary and sporting goods during the mature period of industrial agglomeration should be promoted in cluster and transformed, and other industries during the take-off period of industrial agglomeration should be greatly cultivated as the continuous industries of China forestry industrial development.
