青海生态文明建设路径探析

On the Construction of Ecological Civilization in Qinghai Province

改革开放以来,青海在发展经济的同时,非常注重生态环境的保护与治理。随着三江源生态保护和建设工程以及生态立省战略的实施,青海全面推进生态文明先行区建设。截至目前,青海的生态文明建设取得了阶段性成果,但整体恶化的情形仍未得到彻底改变。为了更好更快地推进生态文明建设,营造人与自然和谐相处的生存环境,政府与公众应该积极行动起来,从继续推进生态文明建设重大项目、转变经济发展方式、健全法律法规体系、营造生态文明建设的良好社会氛围等方面着手,推进生态系统综合治理,争取生态文明建设取得更大成绩。

Since the reform and opening up,Qinghai not only emphasizes the economic development,but also pays more attention to protection and management of ecological environment.With the implementing of many projects of ecological protection and construction,Qinghai comprehensively promotes the construction of ecological civilization.So far,Qinghai achieves initial results,but overall deterioration of ecology has not been completely changed.In order to promote better and faster construction of ecological civilization,to create harmony environment between people and nature,government and the public should take positive measures,such as implementing of major ecological projects,transforming mode of economic development,improving law system and creating social atmosphere of ecological civilization.
