摘要
本文在分析青海省农牧区小学教育现状的基础上,从培养模式的设计、培养模式中存在的问题及对策几个方面,对青海农牧区小学全科教师的培养模式进行了研究,以期为增加青海农牧区小学全科教师培养模式的适切性、实用性、高效性等提供参考。
Based on the analysis of current educational background in Agricultural and Nomadic Areas in Qinghai Province,the article intends to initiate a research towards the training mode of General-subject primary school teachers in Qinghai Province in terms of the layout of training mode and the resulting problems as well as solutions in the application of such training mode,hoping to strengthen this very training mode in the area and cultivate effective conditions for its urgency,practicality and high efficiency.
