摘要
构建飞机电缆系统复杂的跨多转接头结构,建立了飞机电缆跨转接头断路故障数学模型及相应的仿真模型,利用时域反射法计算与分析飞机电缆跨一个和多个转接头时特性阻抗及反射系数的变换规律,仿真研究飞机电缆断路故障时窄延脉冲波形跨一个和多个转接头下波形反射及透射情况,通过工控机硬件平台及LabVIEW软件搭建飞机电缆跨转接头故障诊断系统。实验结果表明:仿真模型在飞机电缆断路故障多个跨转接头时具有可扩展性,波形辨识度高,在高采样率硬件平台中可以实现飞机电缆跨转接头故障诊断及定位。
The time domain reflection(TDR) method is used to calculate and analyze the transformation rule of characteristic impedance and reflection coefficient when the aircraft cable across one or multiple connectors.The fluctuated reflection and transmission narrow delay pulse waveform is researched with Matlab Simulink to find the difference between one and multiple connectors under the situation of aircraft cable open failure.The aircraft cable connector failure diagnosis system is built by the industrial computer hardware platform and LabVIEW software.Simulation and experiment results show that this method is accurate and effective.The simulation method provides a simulation model and theoretical basis for the future research of cable connector shortening fault location research and analysis.
