摘要 多信号流模型是目前系统测试性设计中常用的模型。日益复杂的电子系统,不仅要求建模人员对系统设计有全面的了解,还要有能力基于多信号流模型进行测试诊断分析。从目前现状来看,装备测试性设计与装备维护分工进行,而且测试数据描述缺乏统一的规范,难以有效地汇总或共享使用。通过对多信号流模型的测试性建模进行研究,提出了基于建立属性表格进行测试性建模的方法,运用属性表格对测试属性数据规范化,从而有效利用多信号流模型来提高电子设计的测试性,并以某短波电台系统为例,对该方法进行验证。 Multi-signal flow model is a common model in analysis of system testability.With the development of complexity system,modelers are required not only to have a comprehensive understanding to the system design,but also be able to test diagnosis and analysis based on the multi-signal flow model.From the present situation,testability design and maintenance are separated.Test data description does not have uniform standard,it is difficult to effectively be collected or shared.By researching on testability modeling of multi-signal flow model,a method is set up from the multi-signal properties form of testability modeling.The testability of electronic design can be effectively improved by using the property form.The method is rerified by short wave radio system.
