负重效应对护理管理工作的启示

负重效应给护理管理工作的启示是依靠护士主动的学习,来提高自身的专业知识和业务能力。为了更好发挥负重效应的意义和价值,本研究介绍了采用负重管理的必要性。重点从制订实现目标、完善学习条件和负重管理模式的结果考核3个方面,论述了负重管理模式的实现过程,明确了负重管理的应用范围,并对未来的应用提出了合理的建议。

Load effect to the nursing management of enlightenment is to rely on nurses to active learning, to improve their professional knowledge and ability. In order to make better use of the meaning and value of load effect, this paper introduces the necessity of using load management. The key to realize the goals set, perfect from three aspectsof learning condition and load management pattern of results evaluation, discusses theimplementation process of load management mode. Clearly the scope of application ofload management, and puts forward the rational suggestions for future applications.
