摘要
终端执行机构作为果树机械疏花机的核心部件,对疏花机实际工作效果有很大的影响。因此,执行机构各参数的选择与确定是疏花机研制过程中的关键。本文设计了疏花机执行机构性能试验台,对执行机构进行试验研究,确定执行机构关键参数(疏花胶条长度、直径、材料、主轴转速)数值。通过试验研究和试验数据分析得出执行机构的最佳参数组合为:疏花带条材料为实心橡胶条、带条长度为20cm、带条直径为5mm、主轴转速为960r/min。
The terminal execution mechanism is the core component of thinning flower machine which has large effect on the performance of it in actual work. So determining the parameters of execution mechanism is the key of designing mechanical thinning flower machine. The platform for performance test of mechanical thinning flower actuator was developed, and the actuator was tested and studied. The key parameters were studied and determined. Through experimental research and data analysis, the best parameter combination was obtained as: the strip material is solid rubber with 20cm strip length and 5mm diameter, and the spindle speed of 960r · min ^-1.
