空气滤清器对ZH1125单缸柴油机性能的影响

Effect of air cleaner on performance of ZH1125 type single cylinder diesel engine

介绍ZH1125型单缸柴油机,通过台架试验对发动机不装空气滤清器、装不同型号的空气滤清器,进行负荷特性试验和速度特性试验,测量不同工况下的输出参数,综合分析空气滤清器对发动机动力性、经济性及烟度排放的影响,结果表明新设计空滤器和原空滤器相比柴油机的动力性和经济性明显提高,排气烟度明显下降。

The single cylinder diesel engine of the ZHl125 type was introduced. The load characteristic and speed characteristic tests of the engine without air cleaner and with different types of air cleaner were conducted, and the output parameters under different conditions were measured. The impacts of air cleaner on the power, economy and smoke emissions of the engine were comprehensively analyzed, the diesel power and economy of the new de- signed air cleaner were significantly improved compared with the original one, and its exhaust smoke decreases obviously.
