小型轮式拖拉机噪声控制研究

在小型轮式拖拉机噪声现状的基础上,进行了小型轮式拖拉机噪声源分析,并对各噪声源测试试验,从而评价发动机、排气系统、进气系统、传动系、冷却系统等噪声源对驾驶员位置噪声和环境噪声的影响。测试结果显示:小型轮式拖拉机驾驶室主要噪声源依次为发动机、传动系、排气系统和进气系统;拖拉机对环境噪声影响最大的是排气噪声。因此应将发动机、排气系统和传动系确定为噪声控制的主要对象,并针对主要噪声源提出了噪声控制措施。

Based on current noise situation of small wheel tractor, its noise sources were analyzed, and various noise sources measurements were tested to evaluate their impacts on the driver＇s position and environmental noises. The main noise sources in the driver＇s position of small wheel tractor are engine, power train, exhaust system and air intake systems in turn. Exhaust noise has the greatest effect on environmental noises of tractor. Therefore, engine, exhaust system and power train should be identified as the main objects of noise control, and some noise control measures were proposed.
