摘要 为了研究不同燃油在喷油泵上消耗的功率情况,本文用不同燃油进行喷油泵台架试验,比较不同物理特性的燃油在喷油泵上消耗的功率,用电动机滑差计算喷油泵正常运行需要消耗的功率。喷油泵正常运行消耗的功率占发动机输出功率的近1%,燃油粘度越大,工作过程中摩擦磨损越低,泵油过程消耗的功率越大。 The power consumptions of different physical characteristic fuels were compared through the experiments on the pump test rig, and the motor slip was used to calculate the power consumption of the pump under normal working condition, which is nearly one percent of the power of the diesel engine. The bigger the viscosity of the fuel, the greater of the power consumption of the fuel supply.
