摘要 为提高有限元法在复杂土壤环境切削过程的仿真精度,建立接近土壤的实际模型,了解茎秆混合物对切削阻力的影响。本文运用LS—dyna软件对小型手扶式油菜播种机的开沟器切削茎秆和土壤的混合物进行仿真。结果表明:开沟器以0.84m·s-1前进和15rad·s-1旋转时,单个开沟器切削土壤的最大切削力为24.5N;切削茎秆和土壤的混合物时的最大切削阻力为573N。通过理论计算验证仿真的合理性,此研究为油菜播种机参数优化设计提供参考。 In order to improve cutting process simulation precision of the finite element method in the complex soil environment, the model of the soil which is close to the actual environment was built to understand the cutting resistance influence of the stem mixture. The simulation of the stem and soil mixture cutting by colter from small working coleseed seeder was conducted by using the LS--dyna software. With the furrow opener working at 0. 84m · s^-1 and 15 rad · s^-1, the maximum cutting resistance force is 24.5N when colter cutting soil, and the maximum cutting resistance force is 573N when colter cutting stem and soil. The rationality of the simulation was verified by theoretical calculation, which provides reference for the optimization design of coleseed seeder parameters.
