某气囊装置爆轰事件故障分析

摘要 文章为分析气囊装置爆轰事件原因及确立改进方案,建立了以"气囊装置爆轰"为顶事件的故障树,并以此为主线展开分析及试验验证。通过试验数据分析,最终确认"药片密度偏低"为导致故障事件的原因,在对药片密度进行了提高改进以后,杜绝了此类故障事件的再次发生。 In order to analysis the reasons of airbag detonation eventairbag and establish improvement plan.this paper Established the"airbag detonation'as the top event of the fault tree, which was be analysed and Certificated.It is finally confirmed that the cause of the failure events is "low density of pills".improving the density of pills will prevent such things from happening again.
