摘要
变电站视频监控系统建设的目的,是实现远程可视化操作、管理和调度,提高变电站运行维护的安全性和可靠性。文章通过对视频监控系统的作用和功能进行描述,结合变电站电压等级和规模等实际情况,就如何科学的选择监控系统进行了分析和论述,并对建设过程中的重点、难点和注意事项进行了探讨。
The purpose of the construction of the substation video monitoring system is to realize remote visual operation, management and scheduling, and improve the safety and reliability of the substation operation and maintenance.Through describing the function and role of the video monitoring system, combining with the actual situation of substation voltage level and scale, this paper analyzes how to scientifically choose a monitoring system,and discusses thekey points, Difficulties, and attentions in the construction process.
