摘要
文章通过对平衡计分卡理论和关键绩效指标(KPI)理论的回顾与梳理,在考核激励理论指导下,通过问卷访谈调研等方法,针对总部—分销型企业当前在考核激励方面存在的问题及原因,借鉴案例企业和行业内外其它企业的相关经验,设计出了一套服务于企业战略目标的前瞻性考核激励创新机制。
Based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators(KPI) theory, the assessment of incentive theory, through the questionnaire survey and other methods,for the headquarters of the existing problems and reasons in the assessment of incentive, reference case companies and other enterprises in the industry related experience, this article has designed a set of strategic objectives for the enterprise to assess the incentive mechanism of innovation.
