摘要
以经济全球化、信息网络化、知识资本化、管理人本化、创新战略化为特征的新经济,改变了企业管理的背景和范式,作为知识、信息与技术的有效载体——知识型员工业已成为企业持续生存和科学发展的战略性资源。能否实现与知识型员工的有效沟通,关系到现代企业管理的成败,因而对知识型员工的沟通现状进行研究也就具有迫切的理论和实践意义。文章在对知识型员工的内涵和特征进行扼要阐释的基础上,对知识型员工的沟通特质及其影响上下级沟通有效性的障碍因素作出系统的分析,并就管理者如何与知识型员工进行有效沟通提出了进一步创新管理的策略选择,以期对企业沟通管理理论和实践活动的发展产生正确有益的指导作用。
New economy which main features are economic globalization, information networking, knowledge capitalization, humanistic management, innovation strategy has changed the background and mode of enterprise management.As an effective carrier of knowledge and information and technology,knowledge-based employees have become a strategic resource for the survival and development of enterprises.The success of modern enterprise management depends on the effective communication between the managers and knowledge-based employees, therefore studying communication situations of knowledge-based employees in the enterprise has the important theory significance and practical significance.Firstly,this paper briefly elaborates the connotation and features of knowledge-based employees and then makes a systematic analysis on communication characteristics of knowledge-based employees and the barriers to effective communication.Finally,the further innovation management strategies are proposed to help to achieve effective communication between managers and knowledge-based employees.And the author hopes that this research can produce correct beneficial guidance significance for the development of enterprise communicative management theory and practice.
