摘要
为了研究微波协同高压热水浸提法提取金针菇多糖的最佳工艺条件,试验通过单因素试验和正交试验,探讨了料液比、微波功率、微波处理时间、高压热水浸提温度、高压热水浸提时间对金针菇多糖提取率的影响。结果表明:此法提取金针菇多糖的最佳条件是料液比为1∶50,微波功率为640 W,微波处理时间为6 min,高压热水浸提温度为108℃,高压热水浸提时间为80 min。在此条件下,金针菇多糖提取率为12.43%。
To study theoptimum process conditions for the extraction of polysaecharldes from Flamrnulina velutiper ( Fr. ) Sing using microwave in coordination with high - pressure hot water leaching, the effects of the ratio of material to liquid, microwave power, treatment time with mi- crowave, leaching temperature with high pressure and leaching time with high - pressure hot water on the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Flammulina velutiper ( Ft. ) Sing were investigated through the single factor experiments and the orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum conditions for extraction of polysaccharides from Flammulina velutiper ( Fr. ) Sing using this extraction method were as follows: the ratio of material to liquid of 1:50, microwave power of 640 W, treatment time of 6 rain with microwave, leaching temperature of 108 ℃ with high - pressure hot water, leaching time of 80 rain with high - pressure hot water. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Flammulina velutiper ( Fr. ) Sing was 12.43%.
