Genomic selection methods in livestock and poultry based on the whole genome sequencing

摘要 随着测序技术的发展,全基因组测序数据逐渐被应用到畜禽基因组选择中。基于全基因组测序的畜禽基因组选择方法不仅克服了已有基于单核苷酸多态性(SNP)数据的许多缺陷,其数据模拟、分析方法也有许多特殊之处。目前,由于计算复杂性等问题,该领域在国内的研究尚处于起步阶段。文章简要介绍了该领域目前的一些研究进展。 Whole -genome sequencing data have' been gradually applied to genomic selection in ,livestock and poultry with the development of sequencing techniques. C, enomie selection methods in livestock and poultry based on the whole genome sequencing, not only overcome many defects based on existing single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data, and there are many special aspects in data simulation and analytical methods. At present, domestic research on this field is still in its infancy stage due to some problems such as computational complexity. The paperbriefly describes some of the current research progress on this field.
