脑创伤后单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂对大鼠脑保护作用机制的研究
摘要
随着生产、生活方式和交通模式的改变,人、畜颅脑创伤发病率逐年增加。此类疾病的研究是医疗工作者和基础研究工作者面临的重大课题。线粒体在脑创伤后自由基信号传导中发挥着重要作用,本研究运用改进的Marmarou方法建立大鼠弥漫性脑损伤模型,用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM-1)进行干预,
