综合采取措施 有效防治裂缝

Effective Prevention and Treatment of Crack by Comprehensive Measures

摘要 建筑工程裂缝防治是多年难以治理的顽疾,结合《建筑工程裂缝防治技术规程》(JGJ/T 317-2014),提出了针对混凝土结构裂缝防治应综合采取的措施,包括降低直接作用的措施和控制地基不均匀变形、结构缝的设置、构造筋的配置、材料的体积稳定性和特殊情况下的施工等降低间接作用的措施;并提出了裂缝处理的有关要求。 The prevention and control of cracks in building engineering was difficult to control for many years. This article combined with“Technical specification for prevention and treatment of crack on building engineering”(JGJ/T 317-2014),proposed comprehensive measures to prevent and treat concrete structure cracks, which including the measures to reduce direct effect and control the uneven deformation on foundation, the installation of structural joint,the allocation of structural reinforcement,the volume stability of materials,and the special construction measures to reduce indirect effect. This article also proposed the requirement for crack treatment.
