摘要
编辑是影响期刊最为活跃、动态、积极的因素,编辑要打破被动的修修补补、删删削削的机械、教条式的套子,充分发挥编辑的能动性、自主性、创造性,不断加强自己的学术素养,提高自己的文字能力,提高自己的审美趣味,增强自己的个人魅力,不断增强对学术期刊的正面影响,提升期刊的学术层次,提升刊物的学术质量。
Editors as the active, dynamic and vigorous factor to the influence on journals should free from the passive, mechanic and dogmatic mode. They should be active, initiative and creative to promote the academic level and quality of journal, with the improvement of editors＇ professionalism, language competence, aesthetic taste and personal charm.
