摘要
对700 mm×1 500 mm特厚矩形铸坯的探索性建设,获得满足条件的高质量铸坯是评估研究可行的唯一标准。从机型选择,拉坯速度确定,二次冷却制度等方面分析,依据经验计算并结合有限元仿真模拟,对比云图及曲线来验证方案的可行性。
Exploratory development on 700 mm×1 500 mm thick rectangular billet,the only standard about evaluating the feasibility of the study is to obtain the high-quality casting billet which can meet the conditions. Have analyzed the scheme by means of the empirical calculation and the finite element simulation from the aspects of model choice,casting speed,secondary cooling system,etc.,and then contrasted the cloud picture and curve to verify the feasibility of it.
