摘要
天津市小洋已楼有100a历史。由于使用时间长,因此不满足现行抗震设计规范的要求,在地震作用下可能会发生较大震害。首先用有限元软件分析了模型的固有频率,得出的结果和经验公式基本相符;其次然后输入地震动时程,通过结构损伤、地震剪力和加速度的分析给出了结构的抗震能力,结构在地震"三水准"下的破坏状和抗震鉴定的结果相符,并针对结构的损伤部位提出了圈梁构造柱的加固措施。因此,通过有限元分析研究该类房屋的抗震能力,为天津市小洋楼民居的抗震加固提供了科学依据和技术支持,对小洋楼民居的防震减灾能力提升具有重要意义。
Tianjin Western-style has al00-year history. Due to the use of a long time, so they do not meet current seismic design specifications, under the earthquake, they are subject to significant damage. The natural frequency of the model was analyzed by finite element software in the first and the result is consistent with the experience for- mula. Then, time history of ground motion was entered. The seismic capacity of the structure was analyzed by structural damage, seismic shear and acceleration. Structural damage in seismic "three levels" and the results of seismic appraisal are consistent. The injury site structure is put forward strengthening measure of circle beam and structural column. Therefore, the seismic capacity of such a house was investigated by the finite element analysis. Scientific basis and technical support for seismic strengthening is provided for Tianjin Western-style dwellings. This earthquake disaster reduction ability to enhance the Western -style houses is important.
