摘要
中医人才供给在数量和质量上都同需求不平衡。结论我国社会人口老龄化问题日益加剧,老年健康服务需求越来越强烈,作为解决这一问题的中医,其人才供给无论数量还是质量都不能满足老年人的需求,因此,需要增加中医人才供给数量并提升人才质量。
Objective： to understand the supply and demand of TCM talents of the heahh service for the elderly, analyze the imbalance between the supply and demand, and put for- ward simple countermeasures. Methods： Quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitatively analyze gap of the supply told demand, and qualitatively analyze the quality difference of the supply and demand. Results： The TCM talents supply in quantity and quality all are not balanced with the demand. Conclusion： With the social population aging problem being more and more serious in China, the demand to the health service of the older persons is being increasingly s｜rong. The. Traditional Chinese Medicine can solve the prob- lem to a certain extent, but the quantity or quality talent cannot meet the needs of the elderly. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the number of TCM talents supply and en- hance the quality of talents.
