Analysis of 34 medical cases rescued by helicopter at sea

摘要 目的 探讨如何利用直升机提高海上急重症伤病员的救治成功率. 方法 回顾分析2011 2013年利用民用直升机进行的20起海上事件或船(客)员突发疾病救援并转送至我院救治的情况. 结果 20起海上救援(医务人员随机救援4起),19起事发白天,1起事发夜间.直升机自起飞到达事发海域时间为30~80 min,平均40 min;直升机自海上救起伤病员到送达医院时间为75~150min,平均95 min.救治伤病员34例,其中男33例、女1例;年龄15~62岁,平均(34.45±6.82)岁.各种创伤或伴骨折15例,突发脑梗塞、心绞痛等急性病14例,海水淹溺5例.34例伤病员的抢救成功率为91.18%. 结论 采用医用直升机、机上配备抢救技术熟练的医护人员并在机上做好院前急救、建立多学科协作机制、直升机起降点靠近医院等方法,可以极大提高海上急重症伤病员的救治成功率. Objective To explore how to improve sea medical rescue for urgent and severe cases by helicopter.Methods The rescues cases,that evacuated from sea to our hospital by helicopter in 20 incidents happened from 2011 to 2013,were retrospectively analyzed.Results Four of 20 incidents were found by our medical personnel in random.Nineteen incidents happened at daytime and one at night.The helicopters took about 30-80 minutes (average 40 minutes) to reach the incident sites.The time from putting patients on helicopter to arriving hospital was 75 150 minutes (average 95 minutes).Totally 34 patients (33 males and 1 female) aged from 15-62 yrs (average 34.45±6.82 yrs) were rescued in incidents.Among which,15 cases were trauma or fracture,14 cases were cerebral infarction or angina pectoris and 5 cases were sea drowning.The rescue success rate was 91.18% for all patients.Conclusions The rescue success rate can be greatly improved by equipping medical helicopter,training professional medical personnel,completing rescue readiness on board,setting up multi-disciplinary partnerships and building helicopter port close to hospital.
