摘要
对硼酸盐熔剂对火法精炼废杂铜进行了除铅试验研究,结合电火花直读光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜,分析了硼酸盐熔剂的成分配比和保温时间等因素对废杂铜除铅效果和显微组织的影响,并对其除铅机理进行了探讨。结果表明:当m(B2O3)/m(Na2CO3)=2,保温时间t为30min时,除铅效果最佳,此时除铅率可达86.73%;硼酸盐熔剂的加入明显净化了金属组织。
The mohen borate salt was used as a de-lead agent to remove the lead element of the scrap copper. The effects of composition and holding time on microstructure and deleading percentage of the scrap copper were studied by means of OES and SEM. The resuhs show that when the holding time is 30 rain and the mass ratio of B2O3/ Na2CO3 is 2, the scrap copper obtain a best lead elimiuation effect, and the lead elimination rate can reach to 86.73%; Meanwhile, it can signifieantly purify the microstructure of the scrap copper.
