摘要
介绍了某萤石矿生产现状,针对原设计三级盲斜井开拓存在的诸多弊端,将其更改为盲竖井开拓。实践表明,虽然竖井开拓工程量大于斜井开拓,但矿石提升避免了多次装入和卸出箕斗,直接由井底车场提升至出矿主平硐,极大地提高了提升效率,矿山每年节省提升费用26.91万元。
this paper introduced current production status of a fluorite mine, aimed at the disadvantages of original design which was three-level blind slope; the mine was converted into blind shaft process. Based on actual operation practice, although the working of shaft developing was more than slope developing, but ore lifting avoiding repeated loading and unloading of loaders; loaders directly lifted from mine bottom up to the mine adit, greatly enhancing the efficiency operation, and reduced 269100 RMB cost each year for the mine.
