深井高应力软岩巷道支护参数优化

摘要 以兖州煤田某深部矿井高地应力厚顶煤综采工作面为工程背景,在理论分析与现场监测的基础上,结合类似条件矿井巷道支护与变形的特点进行巷道的初步设计,确定巷道采用的支护措施为:锚网索+钢带联合支护,并提出了两种支护参数优化方案,采用FLAC3D数值模拟方法进行模拟,经过对比分析最终选出最优方案。研究结果表明,采用优化后的方案进行巷道支护,其巷道变形量都在合理的范围内,达到了预期的支护效果,解决了深井煤巷支护困难的技术难题,实现了煤矿安全高效生产。 Taking the high stressed and thick top mining stope in a deep coal mine of Yanzhou coalfield as background, based on theoretical analysis and site monitoring, combined with the similar conditions of the roadway support and roadway deformation characteristics in the preliminary design, the roadway supporting measures were determined that: anchor wire rope + combined steel band support, and putting forward two kinds of supporting parameters optimization plan, simulated by FLAC3D data simulation and after comparative analysis, the optimal solution was finally determined. The research result showed that the deformation within a reasonable range by using the optimized plan for roadway support and the expected supporting effect was achieved, and the problems of roadway supporting in deep coal mine were solved, the higher safety and efficient production of coal mine was also realized.
