摘要
介绍了基夫赛特直接炼铅技术的反应机理、工艺特点,描述了国内首座基夫赛特炉的工艺过程,对基夫赛特炉在国内首个生产周期的运行情况及冷修期间的检查检修状况进行了介绍,认为基夫赛特直接炼铅工艺可以平衡处理锌浸出渣,满足铅锌联合冶炼企业的生产要求。
This paper introduced the reaction mechanism and process characteristics of KIVCET technology, described the process and application practice of the first KIVCET furnace in China, introduced the operation situation of KIVCET furnace in the first domestic production cycle and the maintenance condition during cold repair period. Zinc leaching slag could be balanced by KIVCET smelting technology. This process was suitable for the production requirements of lead-zinc joint enterprises.
