当下大学生就业压力增大,体育系学生也不例外,学生可以选择多渠道就业,在教师岗位竞争增大同时,成为一名俱乐部羽毛球教练则大大拓宽就业方向。本课题主要以研究体育系学生在羽毛球俱乐部实习期间所出现的问题,与社会现有优秀教练员比较,指导学生改正,进而上升到教师在教学中改革,使专修班学生更多、更快的成为一名合格羽毛球教练员。
