社区是社会的基本单元,社会主义核心价值观在社区治理中的地位尤为突显。核心价值观在提升社区治理能力、凝聚社区价值共识和引领社区道德文化建设等工作中处于重要的地位。在社区治理中培育和践行社会主义核心价值观应遵循组织建设与社区服务相结合、宣传教育和社区管理相结合、理念创新和贴近实际相结合的基本原则。切实做到以注重实践活动,提升社区组织治理能力;加强宣传教育,凝聚社区群众价值共识;加强道德文化建设,营造和谐社区氛围;社区、学校、家庭协作形成合力等举措以培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。

Community is the basic unit of society especially the status of socialist core values in communi- ty governance. The socialist core values play an important role in enhancing community governance capaci- ty, building community value consensus, and strengthening community moral culture construction. Cultivat- ing and Practicing Socialist Core Value in community governance must follow some basic principles , such as the combination of the organization construction and the community services, the combination of the edu- cation and community management, and the combination of idea innovation and reality. Realistically, the community do focus on practice, the promotion of community organization governance ability; to strengthen publicity and education, community public awareness. Strengthening the construction of moral culture, and creating a harmonious community atmosphere measures, the community can cultivate and practice the social- ist core values.
