摘要
基于计算流体动力学基本理论,利用Fluent仿真模拟软件,建立掘进巷道三维模型。使用RNGk-ε方程模型和组分运输方程,模拟了掘进巷道中风筒布置位置对瓦斯分布规律的影响。研究结果显示风筒布置于顶部时瓦斯分布波动较小且瓦斯顶部含量低,底部高,造成瓦斯积聚危险系数小,能有效防止瓦斯积聚且对瓦斯稀释效果最为良好;布置于侧部时,瓦斯分布梯度较大,较容易造成掘进巷道局部瓦斯积聚。
The objective of this thesis ,is to build a three dimensional model of tunneling that took advantage the simulation software of fluent and the basic theories of computational fluid dynamics.This thesis describes that simulated tunneling air duct layout position would impact the law of gas distribution by employing RNGK-e equation model and component distribution equation. By researching, we get results, which gas dis- tribution less wave, meanwhile low content gas top become and high content gas bottom become when air duct is put on the top of tunneling. Through the top layout way of air duct, the danger coefficient of gas accu- mulation become low. And that way also can prevent effectively gas accumulation. It is great for gas attenua- tion to put air duct on the top of tunneling. Gas distribution has greater gradient when air duct is put on the side of tunneling. The side layout way of air duct cause easily gas accumulation in the part of tunneling.
