Traditional Chinese painting is increasingly on the decline and its artistic spirit, artistic conception and aesthetic appeal are ever fading away from us. However, by inheriting the skills of traditional Chinese painting and carrying forward its artistic spirit and cultural atmosphere, we can ease the spiritual conflicts arising from modern society and slow down our hectic steps so that we can take time to review our behavior and our values, rethink the relationship between people, between man and society and between man and nature, etc, thereby correcting people＇s deviant behavior and psychological imbalance that appear in an era of material abundance.
