摘要
为了研究Gd3+、C4+离子掺杂Ti O2粉体的光催化活性,选取不同Gd3+、C4+加入量、煅烧温度、气氛等因素,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Gd3+-C4+掺杂Ti O2复合粉体;通过X射线衍射、显微图像观察、表面及孔隙度分析等手段对复合粉体的物相、形貌及光催化活性进行表征。结果表明:Gd3+-C4+掺杂Ti O2复合粉体在N2气氛中经550℃煅烧2 h后,粉体分散较好,Ti O2仍为锐钛矿结构;当Gd3+与C4+的物质的量比为0.06时,复合粉体在太阳光下照射3 h后,对罗丹明B的降解率可达90%。
To study the photocatalytic property of Ti02 nano-particles doped with Gd3+ and C4+, the amount of Gd3+ and C4+, different calcination temperatures and atmospheres were chosen in the experiment. The Gd3+ C4+ co-doped TiO2 composite powders were prepared by a simple sol-gel method. XRD,TEM, specific surface analysis were used to characterize the composite powders. The results show that TiO2 crystals co-doped with Gd3+-C4+ and calcined at 550 ℃ for 2 h in nitrogen are anatase structure, the composite powders disperse evenly. When the molar ratio of Gd3+ and C4+ is 0.06, it possesses 90% degradation ratio of rhodamine B after 3 h sunlight irradiation.
