公立大学回应社会问责的新思路——基于《加州大学2014年问责报告》的解析 被引量:2

摘要 受新管理主义的影响,问责制被逐步引入美国高校领域,成为公立高校提高社会问责意识、规范社会问责行为的一个有效手段。美国加利福利亚大学(以下简称"加州大学")自2009年起发布年度问责报告,以自愿问责取代以往政府为主导的行政问责。通过《加州大学2014年问责报告》的解析,可以为我国公立大学回应社会问责提供新的思路。
