摘要
分析了我国天然气资源的保障能力,并按照热值等效和度电等效的方式比较了天然气和清洁煤电的经济性。同时,对天然气的环保效益进行了评价,研究认为通过现实可能的商业安排和扶持政策培育天然气内在的市场竞争力,促使天然气在资源量保障、经济性和环境友好性方面具备更好的综合优势,才可能具有与煤炭竞争的机会。
The support ability of natural gas in China was analyzed. The economy of natural gas and clean coal power generation was compared in equivalent heat value and degree equivalent. The environment benefits of natural gas were evaluated, and some conclusions were gotten. Therefore, practicable business arrangements and supporting policies could enhance inherent competitiveness of natural gas, themore comprehensive advantages in supply security, economy and environment friendship were the prerequisites for natural gas to challenge coal＇s dominance.
