摘要
本文从手球运动项目特点着手,解析动商理念。动商、情商和智商的优化融合成就一名成功的手球运动员,其中动商是手球竞技水平的核心支撑。身体形态是手球动商的结构基础,运动素质是手球动商的功能保证,运动能量代谢是手球动商的供能系统。
This paper analyzes Motor Quotient （ MQ） theory from the physiological characteristics of handball.A successful handball athlete relies on the optimal integration of motor quotient （ MQ ） , intelligence quotient （ IQ ） and emotional quotient （ EQ） , among which MQ is the essential support of handball competitiveness.Morphological characteristics is the structural basis for handball MQ, and athletic disposition is its functional support,while energetic metabolism in sports is its energy supply sys-tem.
