化工类全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式的探究 被引量:5

摘要 本文对全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养模式进行了初步的探索,并针对目前全日制专业硕士研究生培养中出现的问题,结合我院实际提出了从本科卓越工程师到全日制专业学位硕士培养一体化的4+2培养模式。按照这种模式,我们对培养方案、课程设置、指导教师、实践等方面进行了设计。实践证明这种培养模式是行之有效的。 In this paper, a preliminary exploration on training mode of current full-time professional post- graduates has been conducted. In face of the problems occurring in the training current full-time profes-sional postgraduates, "4 + 2" integrated training mode covering from undergraduate outstanding engineers to full-time professional postgraduates has been suggested, combined with our college's situation. Ac-cording to this mode, training programs, curriculum arrangements, teachers, practices, and so on are designed. Years of practical verifications prove that this training mode is feasible and effective.
