Comparison of Different Determination Methods of Fibrinogen

目的 优选纤维蛋白原测定方法。方法 同时应用亚硫酸钠法,凝固法和免疫浊度法 测定血浆纤维蛋白原含量,并作比较分析。结果 三种方法测定结果无统计学差异。 结论 三种方法均可应用于纤维蛋白原测定,实验室可根据具体情况选用。

Objectives To find out the best method of fibrinogen determination. Methods Fibrinogen in plasmas were measured at the same time by three methods of f ibrinogen measure and the results were analyzed. Results The results got by the three methods have no differences in statistics. Conclusions The three methods may be used to fibrinogen measure according to different laboratory conditions.
