摘要
对新扩建烧碱装置氯氢处理工序废气吸收系统中的风机进行自动化改造,实现了安全稳定运行。在氯气组合塔加硫酸管线上增加计量泵及换热器,实现了节能降耗。在氯气透平压缩机密封氮气管线上增加活性炭过滤器,实现了机组稳定运行。
Automatic transformation of an air blower used in waste gas absorption system of chlorine hydrogen treatment procedure in a newly expanded caustic soda device was carried out to realize safe and stable running. A metering pump and a heat exchanger were installed in sulfuric acid adding pipeline of combined chlorine drying tower to achieve energy saving. An activated carbon filter was installed in the nitrogen sealing pipe of chlorine gas turbine compressor to realize stable running.
