摘要
结合生产实际,分析了氯化氢纯度的影响因素:氯气、氢气的纯度和压力,仪表、阀门、流量计的显示偏差,设备、管道的堵塞,原氯与液化尾氯的配比,以及游离氯的含量等。通过对这些影响因素的控制,为生产高纯氯化氢提供了有力保证。
The influencing factors of purity of hydrogen chloride were analyzed on the basis of production practice. The factors include the purity and pressure of chlorine and hydrogen, the deviation of instruments, valves and flow meters, the blockage of equipment and pipes, the ratio of original chlorine to tail chlorine from chlorine liquefaction, and free chlorine content, etc. The production of high purity hydrogen chloride could be ensured by controlling these factors.
