阴道与腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的效果比较

Difference Gestation Comparison of Vagina B and the Super Diagnosis with Belly B

目的:分析和探讨阴道彩色多普勒超声与腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的效果。方法:选取我院2011年10月-2014年10月收治的76例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,对照组行腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断检查,观察组行阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断检查,比较和分析两组超声检查结果与病理诊断结果的符合率。结果:观察组异位妊娠诊断准确率为94.74%明显高于对照组的73.68%(P<0.05),观察组误诊率为5.26%明显低于对照组的21.05%(P<0.05);临床检出的附件区包块、胚芽、盆腔积液、假孕囊、卵黄素等情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断相比,阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断分辨率高、准确率高,能明显减少误诊及漏诊等不良事件发生,对临床异位妊娠诊断具有十分重要的价值。

Objective To probe into and analyze the effect of the vagina is colourful super and belly the colourful super diagnosis is different gestation.Methods 76 patients who suffered from the difference gestation and who accepted treatments in our hospital from October,2011 to October,2014 were taken as the research objects,and these patients were used the digital table method randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 38 patients in each group.In the control group,they wereconducted the super diagnosis with belly B test while in the observation group,they wereconducted the vagina colourful super test.Then,the coincidence rate of ultrasonography results with pathological diagnosis of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The accuracy rate of diagnosis in theobservation group were higher than in the control group,and the rate of misdiagnosis of the observation group were evidently lower than that in the control group; In addition,the clinical detection of adnexal masses,germ,pelvic effusion,pseudopregnancy,egg yolk sacin the observation group were evidently higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）and the differences had the statistical significance.Conclusion Compared with the belly colourful super diagnosis,the vagina colourful superdiagnosis are good enough,which have high resolution and high accuracy,it can evidently reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis and other adverse events,while has important value in the difference gestation diagnosis,thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
