摘要 从运动性疲劳及其产生机制入手,对乳酸与运动性疲劳的研究进展进行阐述,旨在为运动员进行科学训练提供参考。 From the exercise-induced fatigue and its production mechanism, this article research progress of lactic acid and exercise-induced fatigue, to discuss of the advantages and disadvantages aspect of the lactic acid to the fatigue, aims to provide a reference for the coaches for scientific training.
