纵切面和横切面超声引导在乳腺微创旋切技术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨纵切面和横切面超声引导在乳腺微创旋切技术中的应用。方法选择169例乳腺良性疾病的患者(病灶312个),按照患者选择超声引导方法的不同分为研究组(纵切面与横切面联合引导,89例,170个病灶)与对照组(单纯纵切面引导,80例,142个病灶),比较两组患者不同直径病灶下的旋切次数、旋切时间等,并观察并发症。结果两组完全切除率无统计学差异。在不同直径的病灶中,研究组平均旋切时间及平均旋切次数明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率也远远低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺微创旋切技术中采用纵切面与横切面超声引导较单纯纵切面引导具有其明显的优势,值得临床推广。 Objectine To explore the application of breast minimally invasive technique under the guidance of longitudinal and transverse section ultrasound. Methods A total of 169 cases of benign breast disease(312 lesions)were collected for this study. According to different methods of ultrasound - guidance,they were divided into study group(89 cases,170 lesions)and control group(80 cases,142 lesions). The number of rotary cut and the duration for rotary cut of lesions with different diameters between these 2 groups were compared,and their complica-tions were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the rate of complete resection. In lesions with different diameters,number of rotary cut and average duration for cut in study group were significantly lower than those of control group. The incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion The application of longitudinal and transverse sections in minimally invasive mammary surgery under the guidance of ultrasound have its obvious advantages over simple longitudinal guidance,hence it is worthy to be promoted.
