摘要
桥粒是细胞间连接的主要方式,对维持上皮组织的正常形态和功能具有重要意义。桥粒胶糖蛋白(DSC)为钙粘蛋白超家族成员之一,与桥粒芯糖蛋白(DSG)合称为桥粒钙粘素(DC),是组成桥粒的重要蛋白成分。人类桥粒钙粘素基因位于18号染色体长臂1区2带,表达 DSC1-3与 DSG1-4两组蛋白[1]。与传统的钙粘素相似,DC 具有完整的跨膜糖蛋白结构,其胞外部分包含氨基酸识别序列,以异二聚体的形式完成细胞间桥粒连接;而胞内区与胞浆内的附着板相连,进而连接细胞骨架的角蛋白成分。
